Constructed at a total cost of US$20 million, the site is located at the existing Racing and Equestrian Club, Al Rayyan, Qatar.
The Works comprised the design, construction and equipping of turf and dirt racetracks, turf parade ring including safety rails, video equipment, video display, TV and OB Van system, irrigation system, floodlighting installation, maintenance including maintenance equipment.
Northcroft Middle East was fully involved in the development of the project from concept design through to preparation of tender and contract documents for each package and ultimately responsible for post-contract on site quantity surveying services to each package.
