At a cost of US $23 million, the office tower complex is located in the West Bay area of Doha and is principally intended to house the new headquarters for the Qatar Olympic Committee.

The building is supported on cast in-situ concrete piles and consists of a basement, ground, twenty-six floors plus penthouse, services and roof levels totalling 26,500m2 with parking for 250 cars. The project also includes the provision of external works and ancillary services.

Northcroft Middle East was fully involved in the development of the project from concept design through to preparation of tender and contract documents and ultimately responsible for post-contract quantity surveying services, through to final account.
