The site of the Qatar Navigation Tower Project) is located in the West Bay District, Doha, Qatar.
The project works consisted of the construction of a high rise commercial office tower, and multi-storey car park, including all associated mechanical and electrical works, and external works.
The office tower building comprises basement, ground floor, fifty upper floors and two technical floors. The multi-storey car park building comprises basement, five floors and one recreation floor is connected to the office tower building by a bridge. The total built up area is approximately 123,642 m².
Northcroft Middle East, as a sub-consultant to MZ & Partners, were fully involved in the development of the project providing pre-contract quantity surveying services from concept design cost plans through to preparation of tender and contract documents.
