Northern Area Hospital, Al Khor, Qatar

Located in the coastal city of Al Khor, fifty kilometres north of the capital Doha, the Northern Area Hospital (Phase 1) development includes a Hospital project of 22,000 m2 gross floor area and a Nurses Accommodation of 9,000 m2 gross floor area.

The total project cost was approximately US$27 million.

The hospital project comprises a one hundred bed hospital, kitchen, stores and services buildings and associated works.

The nurses accommodation project consists of a nurses hostel, clubhouse, laundry and services buildings and associated works.
