The ten level museum is of approximately 35,000m2 including access bridges, undercover car park and access roadway located between the existing port and harbour facilities on Al Corniche, Doha.
The project scope included excavation to form a new bay, filling to form a peninsula and associated revetment works. The cost of these works alone was in the region of US$20 million.
Northcroft Middle East prepared the budget and design cost estimates throughout the development of the project.
Northcroft Middle East was fully responsible for the preparation of tender documents for pre-contract consultancy and quantity surveying services.
