The Doha Golf Club, located in the West Bay area of Doha, was opened in 1997 and constructed at a total cost of US $20 million.
The development includes an eighteen hole championship course with an additional floodlit nine hole executive course and includes training facilities and extensive landscaping around the clubhouse.
The project was divided into a number of packages (main packages included Earthworks, Golf Course Construction and Clubhouse). Northcroft Middle East was fully involved in the development of the project from concept design through to preparation of tender and contract documents for each package and ultimately responsible for post-contract on site quantity surveying services to each package through to final account.
