Located on Reem Island. The scheme comprises a total construction floor area of almost 60,000m2 and was completed early 2012 at a cost of almost US$90million.

There are just under three hundred residential units, ranging from studio flats to four bedroom apartments, the largest of which is approximately five thousand square feet, with private parking for almost four hundred cars.

Residents and visitors can also enjoy other facilities built into the project, such as the gym, sauna, tennis court, swimming pool, restaurants, juice bars and just under 3,000m2 of retail showrooms.

Northcroft Middle East has been fully involved in the project throughout its entire development from the preparation of feasibility/cost studies through to tender and contract documents. Northcroft was also responsible for carrying out post-contract project management and quantity surveying services.
