The Kempinski Hotel (Barjeel Tower Project) is located in the West Bay, Doha, Qatar.
The tower comprises two basement levels, ground floor, mezzanine floor and sixty floors above.
The project works consisted of the construction, completion, handover and maintenance of a high rise hotel tower, including an enabling works package which comprised excavation, piling, dewatering, shoring and all associated mechanical and electrical works, and external works.
The total built up area of the project is approximately 122,000 m².
Northcroft Middle East, as a sub-consultant to AEB, was directly involved with the preparation of feasibility studies, budget and design cost estimates throughout the development of the project.
Northcroft Middle East was also responsible for the preparation of tender documents for pre-contract quantity surveying consultancy services.
