The Sofitel Hotel is a Five Star luxury hotel located at Jumeirah Beach Residence in Dubai. The hotel consists of 438 rooms including a presidential suite, executive suites, spa and treatment areas, restaurants and bars.
Northcroft Middle East was commissioned by the Hotel Developer as the project and cost manager for the fit-out works. This includes the procurement and installation of all fabrics, artwork, TV/data systems, furniture and loose fittings.
The Northcroft Middle East scope includes design management, production of tender documentation, appointment of various fit out contractors and suppliers and the full management and coordination of the works on site.
