Located five kilometres north of the city and immediately south of Qatar University, the College of Technology campus covers an area of 300,000m2. Incorporating twenty-four independent buildings of 78,000 m2 GFA at a cost of US$137 million, the college has been designed to accommodate approximately 3,000 students in a phased expansion and growth programme.

The College provides an attractive quality learning environment for Qatari youth and adopts cutting edge technology. It provides learners with a technically relevant international education that prepares them for active participation in both the local and global economy.

Northcroft Middle East has been fully involved in the project throughout its entire development from the preparation of feasibility/cost studies, tender and contract documents and also Northcroft was responsible for carrying out post-contract contract administration and quantity surveying services through to final account closure.
