Constructed at a total cost of US$9 million, the resort is located on the beach front south of the town of Umm Said and was opened in 1995.
The development includes a 39 bedroom motel with associated amenities, 40 chalets, shops, mosque, service facilities including a sewage treatment plant and extensive hard & soft landscaped areas and ancillary works.
Northcroft Middle East was fully involved in the development of the project from concept design through to preparation of tender and contract documents for each package and ultimately responsible for post-contract on-site quantity surveying services for the complete project.
